Ground Service	Orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
	We ship UPS nationally or SpeeDee in the midwest (WI, MN, IA and parts of ND, SD, NE, Northern IL). This is prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery for standard shipments. Accurate shipping address is required.
3 Day Select	Orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order PLUS 1-3 business days for delivery
	The best for less with guaranteed on-time delivery. UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states or your money back for shipping.
2 Day Air	Orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order PLUS 1-2 business days for delivery
	In a hurry - ship UPS 2nd Day Air. Cost will vary depending on morning or afternoon options - your choice. This provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
Next Day Air	Orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order and are delivered on the NEXT business day following shipping date.
	Next Day Air for the quickest option. Cost will vary depending on morning or afternoon options - you choose. We recommend you call direct to place your order if the package must go out that day! This provides guaranteed delivery to all 50 states.
Saturday Delivery	Orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order and are delivered on Saturday following shipping date.
	Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. When requesting Saturday delivery it is best to call direct to get the proper charges and handling of your order.

Return Policy

Prior to returning an item, you must contact us by phone or email to receive a return authorization number. If you do not contact us you will be charged the full 25% restocking fee on ALL returns. Your return must have the return number included with the items being returned, failure to do so, you will be charged the full 25% restocking fee.
Family Fun charges a 10% restocking fee for all returns when you have contacted us within 2 days of the receipt of your order. After 2 days all returns will be charged the 25% restocking fee. All returns must be post-dated within 7 days of delivery. *EXCEPTIONS: Certain items are sold as non-returnable. These items are marked as such and no refunds will be given. Other items with a high degree of price fluctuation, especially around Christmas, may be returned but require a 50% restocking fee.
We must receive the return merchandise within 7 days of you contacting us.
Absolutely NO returns 2 weeks after receipt of package. NO opened items are returnable. If an item is returned opened, it will be re-shipped to you, and you will be charged any additional s/h charges.
No cancellations or refunds on ANY Pre-Sold Merchandise. See below.

Pre-Sells
Shopfamilyfun.com often pre-sells certain hot products on our website before its release. We offer this as a service to our valued customers so they can lock in and be guaranteed an item at a specific price. Once you have ordered a Pre-Sell item you are guaranteed the product at the price ordered, even if that price goes up. Pre-Sells are charged on your credit card at the time of order. There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or CANCELLATIONS on Pre-Sell Product.

Do not order Pre-Sell product unless you are 100% sure of your purchase. Release dates may change by the manufacturer. We will ship Pre-Sell orders as soon as the product becomes available. NOTE: When ordering Pre-Sell items be sure to order them separate from any other items. Pre-Sell items are shipped when they are available. Any other items you order should be ordered separate so they can be shipped immediately. If you combine Pre-Sell items and in-stock items they will be shipped together when the Pre-Sell items are ready.
