This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
Taxes
Highfill Enterprises, Inc. is obligated to collect sales tax from our customers who make purchases that originate or have a delivery destination in Illinois. This includes the amount charged for handling on our customers' orders. Our customers in Illinois are required to pay appropriate sales tax unless they provide Highfill Enterprises, Inc. with a valid and applicable tax resale certificate prior to order approval.
